Grandma rode the bus to and from one of her first jobs . . . the driver on
this route happened to be Leonard Mulnix, the man she would marry. The two
fell in love and quickly married on July 26, 1947. They then spent their
lives together until Leonard passed away on August 30, 1995 - at which time
they had been married for 48 years.
They were married in Michigan, then later moved to Colorado and on to Washington,
before settling in California. They remained their until Grandpa passed away.
She then returned to Colorado for the remainder of her life.
During their marriage Leonard and Arletta had two children: Lynne Arletta
and Rick Leonard. She is also survived by three grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren, all of whom were dearly loved by to her. |
